Scheduling A Shore Access Ride
Scheduling
To schedule a Shore Access ride, an advanced reservation is necessary. It is recommended that Shore Transit’s Customer Service Center be contacted by 12 noon the day prior to the requested ride.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be called into the Shore Transit Customer Service Center at least two hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time of the ride. If a cancellation is not received from a customer, the ride is considered a ‘No Show.’ If a customer receives three ’No Shows’, transportation services may be suspended.
