Scheduling A Shore Access Ride
To schedule a Shore Access ride, an advanced reservation is necessary. It is recommended that Shore Transit’s Customer Service Center be contacted by 4 p.m. the day prior to the requested ride.
Cancellations must be called into the Shore Transit Customer Service Center at least two hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time of the ride. If a cancellation is not received from a customer, the ride is considered a ‘No Show.’ If a customer receives three ’No Shows’, transportation services may be suspended.
